Endless frustration
Have tried to sign in to this app for the last 3 weeks - no luck at any time. "Helpful" tech support suggest I reboot my iPad, ensure my iOS is updated, and my personal favourite - "wait a few hours and try again". Well, guess what? Its not me, and its not my iPad - its your damned app!! (See the other reviews too). So... How about you stop sending users off to waste their time trying things that dont work, and fix it instead!!
