Got help from Apple

Aug. 9/16....just got off the phone with Apple support and I can now open the magazine. Had to delete then reinstall the app.
Thanks to Apple Support.
Sept. 23/16...maybe the next update could add a continue reading option so I dont have to guess which pages Ive read when I go back to reading the magazine
