Wont reload

App was refusing to load so I deleted it as suggested and tried to reload from App Store. Now it wont even reinstall. This is unacceptable especially now that they are going to change the print version from weekly to monthly. Now I get server unreadable message. If they are trying to get me to cancel my subscription they couldnt do anything more.
