I would like my money back.

I purchased an annual subscription for $44.99, but I cannot seem to activate it. Id like to download an issue, but the issues dont seem to download automatically, and it seems that I will have to pay the non-subscription fee if I try to download any issue. I have sent emails to Macleans, but they are taking forever to resolve this. Their FAQs address questions for subscribers to the print edition, but there are no guidelines for anyone who subscribes to the iPad edition only. Im very disappointed obviously, since it seems I have just thrown away $45.00.
